Founder Marley Hodgson works with master craftsman Luis Huerta to construct an attache for President Ronald Reagan's staff. Although Marley has moved on from Ghurka, Luis still constructs our Original Collection in his Norwalk, CT factory.
Attention to detail is the hallmark of all of our products and our artisans have always taken great pride in a careful construction process.
As seen from the leather on this Express No. 2, our vintage collection is primarily pre-owned. For many aficionados, achieving a rich patina is a measured pursuit that takes years of travel and patience.
Our Vintage Collection offers buyers the opportunity to purchase a bag already in possession of such a patina.
We do our best to communicate the exact condition and wear of each bag so that there are no surprises upon arrival at your home. Should you have questions about a specific bag, don't hesitate to call or email us:

Our bags can be found circling the globe or circling the neighborhood. We believe that life is an adventure, and whether you are trekking through Katmandu with a bag or heading to the supermarket with a wallet, our products are there to enhance and to assist your journey.
The Fairmont is a relic of times gone by. Rarely do men carry wood framed briefcases anymore... But that doesn't mean they shouldn't.
Masterfully crafted in Italy utilizing water-cured poplar wood, saddle leather and solid brass locks and hardware.
Very few items from our vintage archive are new, but this compact organizer happens to be a great example of an unused organizer from 1988 that is still relevant for the analog set today. The binder rings are compatible with organizer pages available online. Have a question? Just call. 1-833-782-6062.
The Garrison was originally introduced in 1992 and is one of our most popular business bags to this day. Many love the wooden dowel construction that anchors the top handle and the expansive interior pockets.
This particular Examiner from the inaugural year of 1975 is in mint condition. The registration number is actually written in with marker as it pre-dates any registration embossing. Truly an historic bag.
Since 1975, Ghurka bags and leather goods have embodied the
American spirit of strength, confidence, independence and boundless exploration.
