Perfect Beauty

I have a granddaughter in the Air Force 

I want her to have the boxes as a surprise 

She is a hard working it's impossible for her to buy beauty products on her salary I'm not sure how this nice program works I'd like to know more about it . She will be 20 shortly I would like to understand are the boxes sent four times a year are they paid for each time or is it an annual fee
