I am 50 years old, all my life I used to have Sony product on my house: TV , Phone, VCR, Cassette, AMP, video camera, photo camera Spikers,DVD, Laptops and more. From 2011 I stop buying Sony product because my 2 years old TV went bad , my laptop stop working after 2 years over heating the quality went bad on the last year's and customer service. I still have 20 year's old AMP and still working perfectly.

I would like to go back to Sony if they going to improve quality and customer service.
